Box Score BUTTE, Mont. – Montana Tech won their second game of the Montana Tech Tip Off Classic running away from the Walla Walla Wolves 79-51.
The Orediggers (3-1) win their third straight game.
Tech shot 47.5 percent from the floor, but hit just 2 of 19 from three point range. The Orediggers went 21 of 25 from the free throw line.
The entire team saw minutes during the game.
Freshman
Camdyn LaRance came off the bench and had 16 points in 22 minutes of play to lead the team. The Missoula native shot 6 for 10 from the field and hit 1 of 2 from beyond the arc. LaRance also had two rebounds and two assists.
Taylor England had 12 points shooting 4 of 9 and going 4 for 4 from the free throw line. England had five rebounds and three steals.
Caleb Bellach and
Sindou Diallo chipped in 11 points each.
Walla Walla shot 33.3 percent from the field and hit 3 of 16 from deep.
Esaias Ford led the Wolves with 13 points shooting 5 for 8 from the field and 2 for 2 from deep. Almonds Sebirokwa had 10 points. Adil Lalji finished with six points and nine rebounds.
