Jessop, Kaelber Named Conference Players of the Week

WHITEFISH, Mont. – The Frontier Conference announced the Erck Hotels Volleyball Player of the Week Awards today. Maureen Jessop was selected Attacker of the Week and McKenna Kaelber was named the Setter of the Week.

The No. 15 Orediggers dropped their conference opener to No. 10 Providence 3-1 in their lone match last week.

Jessop, a 6-foot-1 junior outside hitter from Corvallis, Montana, averaged 4.25 kills per set and finished with a .375 hitting percentage in one match last week. Jessop also averaged 2.25 digs.

Kaelber, a 5-foot-11 junior setter from Pasco, Washington, averaged 12.25 assists per set and 2.25 digs per set.

Montana Tech is on the road this Wednesday when they travel to Helena to face Carroll College.
