BILLINGS, Mont. – The Montana Tech Men's basketball team had another solid night shooting the long ball defeating Rocky Mountain 78-61.
The Orediggers (16-4, 6-1) hit 13 of 29 three-point attempts and shot 54.4% from the field.
The Battlin' Bears trailed after the first five minutes of the game shot 44.6% from the field and went 6 of 24 from long.
Asa Williams led the Tech offense with 19 points going 8 for 11 from the field and 3 for 6 from beyond the arc.
Caleb Bellach had 18 point hitting 4 of 6 from three-point range. Bellach had 3 rebounds and 3 assists.
Michael Ure had 11 points going 2 for 4 from three.
Ifeanyi Okeke had 8 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists coming off the bench.
Kael Robinson led the Bears with 14 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists.
Montana Tech returns home this Thursday when they host Carroll College.
