HELENA -- The Frontier Conference East Division champion Montana Tech football team saw 37 student-athletes named to the league's Academic All-Conference list, presented by Logan Health and Billings Clinic, the conference office announced Wednesday.
To be eligible for the award, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore in standing and carry a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA. Tech's 37 were among 446 Frontier football players on the list.
The Orediggers carry a perfect 11-0 record into the NAIA Football Championship Series. They will continue their quest for the program's first national championship at home Saturday, November 29 against a to-be-determined opponent.
