BUTTE -- The Montana Tech volleyball program and head coach Brian Solomon are proud to announce the Orediggers' 2026 recruiting class. 

Solomon will bring six new faces into the program, three of whom are freshmen and three transfers, this fall. 

The Oredigger volleyball 2026 signing class is: 
- Carlee Atkinson, Defensive Specialist/Libero, 5-6, Belgrade, Mont., Belgrade HS 
Highlights: Team MVP for the first-ever Panthers team to reach the MHSA Class AA postseason. 

- Cameron Blevins, Defensive Specialist/Libero, 5-7, Shelby, Mont., Shelby HS/Miles CC 
Highlights: Led the Pioneers to the Region XIII semifinals en route to second-team all-conference and all-region honors as MCC's libero ... Led the MonDak Conference in digs per set (5.0), earning defensive player of the week awards four times ... At Shelby, District 1B MVP and two-time all-state player for the Coyotes.

- Morgan Jones, Outside Hitter, 5-10, Bozeman, Mont., Bozeman HS/SIU-Edwardsville 
Highlights: Two-time first-team all-state and all-conference player for the Hawks ... Redshirted last season for the NCAA Division I Cougars. 

- Halle Moomaw, Middle Blocker/Right Side Hitter, 6-3, Stewardson, Ill., Stewardson Strasburg  HS/Heartland CC 
Highlights: Helped the Hawks to the 2025 NJCAA Division II national championship, earning a spot on the all-tournament team ... Two-time NJCAA All-Region 24 ... Holds Heartland's career record for blocks ... In high school, honorable mention all-state and two-time conference MVP for the Hatchets ... Two-time Effingham Daily News player of the year. 

- Kayda Parker, Setter, 5-9, Billings, Mont., Shepherd HS 
Highlights: Helped the Fillies to the MHSA Class B state championship for the first time in program history as a senior, earning co-MVP honors ... Shepherd also won district and divisional titles in 2025 ... Three-time all-state and all-conference performer ... Holds the program record for career assists. 

- Macy Tjelde, Outside Hitter, 6-0, Fairview, Mont., Fairview HS 
Highlights: Three-time first-team all-state and all-conference player for the Warriors ... Powered the Warriors to a 2024 district title ... Named MHSA Female Athlete of the Week October 23 after tallying a program-record 29 kills in a match. 

In 2025, Montana Tech posted a 17-13 record and reached the Frontier Conference tournament semifinals. Tech was ranked as high as No. 17 in the NAIA coaches' top 25 poll during the campaign. 

The Orediggers will tip off the 2026 season Friday, August 14 at Olivet Nazarene in Bourbonnais, Ill.
