HELENA -- The Montana Tech golf program saw 13 players named to the Academic All-Frontier Conference teams, presented by Billings Clinic and Logan Health, the Frontier office announced Friday.
Eight Oredigger men and five women earned the award, which requires honorees to carry at least a 3.25 cumulative grade-point average and be at least a sophomore in academic standing.
Tech's eight men were the most among any Frontier Conference program, while all five Oredigger women who are sophomores or above earned the accolade.

Montana Tech will head to Phoenix, Ariz. next week to compete for the Frontier Conference titles. The championship tournament is scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday at Papago Golf Club.
