Scouting Lights
MSU-Northern sits at 6-6 in league play and 14-10 overall after splitting last weekend with a loss to Rocky (79-65) and a win over No. 2 Carroll College (82-71). The Lights are led in scoring by Mascio McCadney (13.7 PPG), Adam Huse (12.4 PPG), and Justin Dunsmore (11.1 PPG). Northern leads the Frontier averaging 16.0 assists per game in conference play.

Scouting the No. 25 Argos
University of Providence might just be the hottest team in the Frontier Conference right now after picking up home wins over No. 2 Carroll College (78-77) and No. 22 Rocky Mountain College (86-74). The Argos have won four of their last five games with their lone loss coming in Butte at the hands of the Diggers on January 25.

The Orediggers are 2-0 against Providence this season defeating the Argos 77-74 in Butte on January 10 and 69-68 on January 25.
Troy Owens Jr. led Montana Tech with 18 points while the Diggers limited the Argos to just 37 percent shooting for the contest.

Ward Comes on Strong
Montana Tech point guard
Nate Ward found his rhythm against Montana Western going 4-for-5 from three while scoring 19 points in the Digger win. Ward, a sophomore from University Place, Wash., averaged 16.5 points per game last week shooting 53 percent from the floor and 7-for-8 at the foul line.
