WHITEFISH, Mont. – Montana Tech's Caleb Bellach was named the Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference's Men's Basketball Player of the Week.

Montana Tech extended their home win streak to 22 with two more home victories last week. The No. 13 Orediggers defeated No. 24 Carroll College 86-79 before downing the University of Providence 95-82.

Bellach, a junior from Manhattan, Montana, scored a season-high 26 points in the game against the Argos on Saturday. Bellach averaged 22.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, two steals and 1.5 assist a game last week. He averaged 53.8% from the field and shot 6 of 13 from beyond the arc. Bellach hit 11 of his 14 free throw attempts.

Montana Tech is at home again this Thursday when they host MSU-Northern. The Orediggers will tip off after the women's game that starts at 5 p.m.
