HELENA, Mont. -- Hadley Humphreys' career game in the Montana Tech women's basketball team's victory over No. 14-ranked Mayville State last week earned the Orediggers junior the Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Offensive Player of the Week award, the conference office announced Wednesday.
The Blackfoot, Idaho product shot 11-for-16 from the field last Thursday, scoring a career-high 32 points to help the Orediggers to an 89-79 home win over the ranked Comets. Her scoring output tied Humphreys for fourth in Montana Tech single-game history. She added 11 rebounds for the double-double.
Humphreys, a transfer from Utah State-Eastern, has been an integral part of Montana Tech's 4-1 start to the 2024-25 season. The forward is averaging 13.4 points and nine rebounds per game in the campaign's early going.
The Frontier Conference award is the first of Humphreys' career. The Orediggers swept the league's weekly women's basketball awards as junior
Macy Mayer won the offensive honor.
