KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- She was one of the best in the country, and now it's official –
Hadley Humpherys is an All-American.
The NAIA included the Montana Tech women's basketball star on its All-America third team. The forward becomes the eighth-ever Oredigger woman to earn the honor and just the second to be included on a team, joining Mesa Williams in 2019.
Humpherys, a senior from Blackfoot, Idaho, led Montana Tech in scoring and rebounding average with 12.7 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. Despite missing three games due to injury, Humpherys made a team-high 77 assists and ranked second on the squad with 34 steals. She also blocked eight shots and reached the double-double plateau four times.
Her play set the tone for the most successful season in Oredigger women's basketball history. Montana Tech won the Frontier Conference tournament title — its first since 1983 — set a program record with 26 victories, and won an NAIA tournament game for the first time in team history. Humpherys was a first-team All-Frontier selection.
After transferring from Utah State University-Eastern prior to the 2024-25 season, Humpherys made an immediate impact on an emerging program. She led Tech in scoring and rebounding in her junior season while leading them to the NAIA tournament.
She eclipsed the 1,000-collegiate-point plateau earlier in the season.
