KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The No. 17-ranked Montana Tech women's cross country team will be headed to Florida.
The Orediggers were one of 15 teams to earn an at-large bid to the NAIA national championship meet Friday, November 21, the national office announced Tuesday with its full field of qualifiers for the title meet.
Montana Tech returns to the national championship for only the fourth time in program history, joining last year's Frontier Conference championship squad and the 2023 and 2021 at-large teams.
Tech joins the championship field after finishing as runner-up in the 2025 Frontier championship meet. The Orediggers saw three student-athletes — seniors Alyssa Jany and Kamryn Comba and freshman Amy Broek — named to the all-conference team.
Those three and the rest of the Oredigger harriers will compete for a national championship November 21 at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Fla.
