KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Montana Tech's women's cross country team enters the 2025 NAIA national championship meet ranked No. 21 in the final rating of the season, the national office announced this week.
The Orediggers, which earned a team berth to the national meet later this month for the fourth time in program history, were included in the poll for the eighth-consecutive time.
Montana Tech raced to a runner-up finish at last week's Frontier Conference championships, led by all-conference performances from seniors

Tech joined No. 20 Carroll College as the Frontier representation in the final poll, while Rocky Mountain received votes. The Orediggers were the top-ranked Frontier Conference team in the NAIA's latest conference ratings, which were announced Monday.
The Oredigger women, along with two men's runners who qualified as individuals, will head to Tallahassee, Fla. to compete for a national title. The women's gun goes off at 8:30 a.m. Eastern, 6:30 Mountain, at Tallahassee's Apalachee Regional Park, followed by the men at 9:30 a.m. Eastern, 7:30 Mountain.
