BUTTE -- Montana Tech athletics and head men's and women's golf coach David Starcevich are thrilled to announce the Orediggers' 2025 signing class.

Four student-athletes, two women and two men, will be joining the Montana Tech golf family this month as the Orediggers ramp up for the fast-approaching fall season.

"I'm thrilled to coach this incoming class," Starcevich said. "Their high school achievements are truly impressive. Not only does this group possess athletic talent, but they also have a strong desire to further their education and reach higher levels. Each athlete will contribute to the strong character and work ethic that the Montana Tech golf program strives for."

The group is the final recruiting class of former head coach Sean Ryan, who led the program from 2019-2025 before stepping away from coaching to pursue a career outside of higher education.

The Orediggers carry significant momentum into the 2025-26 seasons. Montana Tech's women won a pair of tournaments last year before finishing runner-up at the Frontier/Cal Pac NAIA Qualifier in April. Tech's men took third in the postseason tournament. Both programs return a strong core from last year's teams.

Montana Tech will open up the fall portion of the schedule with some local competition, teeing off at Butte Country Club's Labor Day Classic from August 30-September 1.
