KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Montana Tech's women's basketball team remained ranked in the NAIA's coaches' top 25 poll, checking in 17th in the latest rankings, the national office announced Wednesday morning.

It's the Oredigger women's sixth-straight time in the national poll after they were ranked for the first time in program history on November 12.

Montana Tech posted a 2-2 record in the time since the most recent top 25 rankings, rebounding from back-to-back losses to win a pair of lopsided home games over Dickinson State and Bismarck State last weekend.

The Orediggers remained the second-highest Frontier Conference team in the poll, following No. 6 Dakota State. No. 23 Rocky Mountain and No. 25 Carroll joined them in the ballot, while MSU-Northern continued to receive votes.

Wednesday's was the final set of regular-season rankings in the 2025-26 season. The NAIA's final poll will be announced ahead of the conference tournament season on February 25.

The Orediggers wrap up the home portion of their schedule this weekend when Bellevue and Dakota State visit Valley Bank Arena. The games Friday and Saturday are both scheduled for a 5 p.m. start.
