HELENA, Mont.-- The Montana Tech Orediggers saw their season come to an end to No. 7 Carroll College in the Frontier Conference Playoffs, 59-50. 

Montana Tech held the Saints in check through the first three quarters of action trailing 36-33 at the start of the fourth quarter. Montana Tech held Carroll to 23 percent shooting in the first half. 

The Orediggers were led in scoring by Mollie Peoples and Dani Urick who chipped in 11 points. Kaylee Zard notched 10 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in the loss.

Carroll, who shot 42 percent for the contest, was led in scoring by Hannah Dean who had 15 points. 

Montana Tech finishes the season 13-17 overall.
