Scouting the Northern Skylights
The Skylights of MSU-Northern are in the midst of a four game home stand in Havre and are coming off back-to-back losses to Rocky Mountain College (55-50) and Carroll College (72-60) last Friday and Saturday. Northern is 10-14 overall and has two league wins over Montana Tech. The Skylights are led in scoring by Peyton Kehr (12.8 PPG) and rebounding by Sydney Hovde (6.9 RPG).
 
Last Time
The Diggers lost to the Skylights in Havre 59-55 in overtime on January 12 and dropped a home contest to the Skylights 59-51 on January 26. In their most recent matchup, the Diggers were led in scoring by Kaylee Zard who tallied 20 points and nine rebounds.
 
Scouting the No. 22 Argonauts
The Argos of University of Providence are 16-8 overall and 5-7 in Frontier Conference play but are coming off their most successful weekend with wins over No. 8 Carroll College (56-53) and No. 21 Rocky Mountain College (64-60). The Argos are led in scoring by Emily Maldonado (16.5 PPG) and on the boards by Parker Esary (10.0 RPG).
 
Last Time
The Diggers have defeated Providence in both meetings this season. The Diggers bested the Argos 74-63 on January 10 and 66-57 on January 25. The Diggers held the Argos to just 32 percent shooting from the floor in their most recent matchup.
 
What a Week
Montana Tech's game on Thursday night at No. 17 Lewis-Clark State in Lewiston marked the Diggers fourth game in seven days in which the Diggers also faced No. 22 Providence, Northern, and No. 3 Montana Western.
