New 1,000 Point Scorer
Junior Mesa Williams became the 18th member of Montana Tech Women's Basketball's 1,000 Point Club on Thursday against Lewis-Clark State. The White Sulphur Springs native is the first 1,000 point scorer since Martha Dembek hit 1,000 career points in 2017. Williams has scored 444 points this season which is the fifth highest total in school history. Connie Froke set the single season scoring record (524) in 1982.

Best Rebounder
Montana Tech freshman Tavia Rooney broke the single season rebounding record on Thursday night against Lewis-Clark State. Rooney, a Townsend, Mont. native, passed Connie Froke's record 292 rebounds set in 1982 when she pulled down 19 boards in Montana Tech's overtime loss to L-C State. Rooney now has 304 rebounds in 28 games this season.
