ANACONDA, Mont. – The third different Oredigger won a Frontier Conference men's golf tournament today. Sophomore
Brady Cady shot a 75 to win the Old Works Invitational and lead the men to their third straight tournament victory.
The Orediggers finished with a 319 score and the Tech B team edged Rocky Mountain for second place with a 324 to the Battlin' Bears 325. Montana State Northern took fourth place with a 354 and Carroll College took fifth place with a 398.
Cady led an Oredigger trio at the top of the individuals.
Isaiah Weldon shot a 76 and
Matt Hobbs finished in a tie at third with a 77 for the Tech B team.
Jace Rhodes took 6
th place with a 78;
Sean Ramsbacher took 12
th with an 82; Kevin Noctor T13th with an 83; and
Trey Hoagland finished in T15
th with an 84 for the Orediggers.
On the B squad,
Jhett Braley finished 18
th with an 85;
Bridger Martin T19th with an 86; and
Blake Hasquet shot a 90 finishing in T21st.
The Orediggers continue their Frontier Conference slate on October 4
th in Billings.
