ANACONDA, Mont. – The Montana Tech women's golf team finished in third place and
Tanna Campbell took second at the Old Works Invitational Sunday afternoon.
Conditions were cool and windy during the 18-hole tournament hosted by Montana Tech.
Rocky Mountain's Claire Wright took home the individual medal shooting a 5-over 77. She lead the Battlin' Bears for the team trophy as well with a total score of 367. The Bears bested Carroll College by just three strokes with the Saints finishing with 370.
The Orediggers were just three strokes off of the Saints at 373 led by Campbell's 86. Campbell tied Rocky's Amanda Conner for second place.
Emily Garden shot a 91 and finished in 6
th place;
Skyler Martin shot a 92 taking 7
th place;
Reyla Williams shot a 104 finishing in 12
th.
