RICHLAND, Wash. -- Montana Tech's women's golf program picked up its second tournament victory of the season Tuesday, hanging on to win the Columbia Basin Invitational.
The Orediggers posted a three-woman team score of 47-over-par 263 in the third and final round to win by five strokes. Montana Tech totaled 792 over the tournament's three rounds.
Three Tech players finished in the top five, led by senior
Emma Woods in third at 85-89-88—262 for her three times around the par-72, 5,881-yard course at Meadow Springs Country Club. Freshman
Keni Wade took fourth at 87-89-89—265, while senior
Kodie Hoagland was fifth at 94-86-86—266.
Senior
Hayden Pride came in tied for 12th, carding rounds of 93, 92, and 93. Freshman
Olivia McGreevey was 16th (93-94-93—280), and sophomore
Delaney Clark rounded out the lineup in 21st at 94-94-99—287.
It marked the Orediggers' second win in as many seasons at the tournament, and it was their second victory of the 2025-26 season, following a victory at the Providence Invitational in September.
Montana Tech will now take the next few weeks to prepare for warmer weather as they head to Phoenix, Ariz. April 28-29 for the Frontier Conference Championships at Papago Golf Course.
