WHITEFISH, Mont. – The Frontier Conference announced the all-conference teams today for women's basketball.
Mesa Williams was selected second team and
Dani Urick was named honorable mention.
Williams, a 5-foot-10 senior, earned her third second team all-conference honor. The White Sulphur Springs, Montana native averaged 11.4 points while shooting 43.7 percent from the field this season. Williams averaged 3.5 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 1.2 steals. Williams finished with 1,231 points for her career as an Oredigger.
Urick, a 5-foot-10 junior, averaged 9.9 points while shooting 35.6 percent from the field and 80.3 percent from the free throw line. The Belt, Montana native 3 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.5 steals this past season.
Jaden Comings received the Champions of Character nomination.
Carroll College's Rachelle Sayers was named the Coach of the Year. Emilee Maldonado of the University of Providence was named the Player of the Year.
Maddy Dixon of the University of Providence and L'Tia Lawrence of MSU-Northern were named the Co-Freshmen of the Year. Sophomore Jamie Pickens of Carroll College was selected as Newcomer of the Year.
