Golfers Named NAIA Daktronics Scholar Athletes

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Five Montana Tech golfers were named to the Daktronics Scholar Athletes by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). Three Oredigger men and two women earned their way on to the NAIA national honor roll.

All three of the Oredigger men are juniors and include Jhett Braley, Blake Loberg, and Jace Rhodes. The Oredigger women making the grade are both seniors with Emily Kelly and Reyla Williams named Daktronics Scholar Athletes.

In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
